This is a hand-sculpted paper clay bust that I painted in layers with Vallejo paint and then sealed. It is one of a kind. This magnificent Satyr/Faun is nonbinary. The hair is naturally dreadlocked sheep fur that was bleached to this wonderful shade to create the hand made wig. The base is brass salvaged/upcycled from a broken vintage trophy. Price includes shipping. I am sorry but I do not ship internationally. US addresses only, no PO Boxes Email me with your questions. or buy it now and reserve it. This is hand-sculpted and no molds will be made from it so it is a true one of a kind. email@example.com
This piece is hand made and is a mix of paper clay, polymer clay, metal, assorted fabrics, silk flowers, crystals and beads, and synthetic hair. It is a true mixed media piece made completely by hand. The base is about 7" deep and almost 10inches wide. This doll is almost 24" tall. Plenty of room for a memorial alter/photos etc. inside. The skeletons are all paper clay as is the entire doll's torso. Her face and hands are polymer clay. This is a piece I made and loved so she has been here in my studio for many years. She is now available for sale online for the first time. I do not sell online normally. More pictures in the gallery below.
This is a mixed media piece. It is the crossroads of two ideas, steam power and the eternal energy of the soul. I dreamed about being in a machine that was puling my energy from me to be used by others. This piece was the result of that dream. The ghostly face is reminiscent of a Banshee with her glow in the dark eyes and flowing white hair. There is glow in the dark paint painted to look like lightning bolts on the interior of the soul chamber and all of the wirings and metal components are copper, brass or bronze. The elixir of life glows in the energy collector at the base. (glow in the dark paint)There are a number of unique items including a pressure gauge from a vintage blood pressure cuff and a brass chime tube from a grandfather clock as well as the steampunk base that the sculpted chamber is attached to. I added a set of battery-powered LED lights to connect the soul chamber to the energy collector below both physically and visually. I think the piece is very unique and would be a wonderful addition to any collection of steampunk items and a great conversation piece. The piece is 18" tall by 10" wide.
